Chapter 01 — The starting point

Visibility alone wasn't enough.

Nouvelage needed to strengthen its presence around Madinaty while building recognition for both the clinic and the doctors behind it.

The challenge

Create enough repeated visibility to move the brand from

01 Seen
02 Recognized
03 Remembered
Visibility

Be consistently present.

Recognition

Make the brand and the doctors familiar.

Connection

Turn visibility into something people talk about.

Chapter 02 — The decision

We chose concentration over coverage.

Toll Gate offered a strategic opportunity to reach residents and visitors at a high-visibility entry and exit point.

Why Toll Gate
01
Movement

A natural entry and exit point for the community.

02
Repetition

The same audience could encounter the brand more than once.

03
Visibility

A high-impact environment with limited opportunity to overlook the campaign.

Why the gate, not inside Madinaty?

Rather than distributing visibility across Madinaty itself, we chose to concentrate the campaign at one of the community's most important movement points.

The strategy was based on a simple principle: instead of waiting for audiences to encounter the brand somewhere inside the community, place Nouvelage directly in the path of people entering and leaving it. This gave the campaign three strategic advantages.

01
High-intent traffic

The gate functions as a natural convergence point for residents, visitors, and daily commuters, giving the brand access to a consistent flow of people rather than relying on fragmented exposure across multiple internal locations.

02
Frequency through concentration

One billboard created the hero brand statement, while 37 sucettes reinforced it repeatedly along the same journey. The result was not simply more media inventory, but a sequence of exposures that helped move the brand from unfamiliar to recognizable.

03
A stronger local presence

By dominating one highly visible gateway rather than spreading the campaign too thinly, Nouvelage created the perception of a much larger brand presence. The location became more than an advertising site — it became a brand corridor.

The Nouvelage billboard against the evening sky

The strategic idea was not to be everywhere. It was to be impossible to miss where it mattered most.

Chapter 03 — The human moment

“They saw themselves out there.”

The campaign didn't only promote the clinic. It made the doctors feel seen — and external visibility created internal value.

Recognition

Doctors saw themselves represented publicly as part of the brand.

Loyalty

The visibility strengthened their emotional connection to the clinic.

Satisfaction

Being featured created a feeling of appreciation and belonging.

From outdoor visibility to organic reach

What started as a placement on the road became a real-life brand moment.

The moment each doctor stopped by her billboard and shared it with her audience turned a traditional outdoor placement into engaging, human content — making the brand feel closer, more personal, and more relatable.

When your people become part of the brand story, the brand becomes part of their real life.

Chapter 04 — The ripple effect

“I saw your doctor on the way in.”

The campaign moved beyond the road. Existing clients started seeing familiar faces — and contacted or spoke to their doctors after seeing it.

Pride

A clinic worth pointing at.

Word of mouth

Something to mention, unprompted.

Connection

A stronger personal tie with the doctors and the clinic.
